Dispatch of Orders
- Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment and order confirmation, provided items are in stock. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or Queensland public holidays.
- If any items in your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
- Orders placed during sales events are subject to extended dispatch time of an additional 5 business days.
- If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

Acceptance of Goods
