Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days, except during sales, which can take an additional 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer postage using Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post satchels.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please contact us on Facebook or email if you have any concerns with your delivery.
Shipment addresses
We can only ship to commercial and residential street addresses within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number and a tracking website.
